How It Works:
Measure your mature worms using the scale on the lid (2in/5cm or longer is ideal). Drop one worm into each cell and place the lid on top. No food, moisture, or comfort items needed - the goal is to stress them into pupating. After 10 days, check your worms and remove any that haven't started pupating.

The SCMW 10-Day Method:

1. Day 1: Measure worms using lid scale - select 2in/5cm or longer worms only (smaller worms will starve)
2. Day 1: Drop one worm per cell, add lid - no food or moisture needed
3. Day 10: Check each cell:
   • Still crawling? Return to worm tray - not ready to pupate
   • Curled in C-shape? Leave in cell - pupation starting soon
   • Already pupated? Move to pupae tray or leave in cell
