Description:
Since their debut in 1968, the rock giants Deep Purple have overcome numerous crises to remain at the top of the HM/HR scene and have influenced numerous bands. After disbanding in 1976, Deep Purple reunited with their second lineup after an eight-year gap, which is considered to be the band's golden period. The band's first reunion album, "Perfect Strangers," was a worldwide hit, and the music scene was once again made aware of the band's greatness. With the release of the new album, the band embarked on an extensive world tour, starting with a concert in Perth, Australia, on November 27 of the same year. The July 9, 1985 performance was recorded by German broadcaster WDR for European television broadcast and video production. However, after the broadcast, the video was not produced and was put in storage. The setlist for that day was 13 songs including encores, so this live album is a complete recording of the live performance on that day. The album consists mainly of songs from the second period of the band's career, as well as newer material, and is a perfect showcase of Deep Purple's successful revival. Imported domestic specs
