The Prema-Wrap™ for twins, with adjustable halter straps, is made of a soft 4-way stretch textile (94% cotton / 6% spandex Jersey). It is certified Oeko-Tex and flexible enough so that a baby can move and seek for the breast. 

Side seams and the centre seam with elastic shirring prevent baby from slipping sideways. It follows the shape of the baby without unnecessary pressure. 

The inner support to the buttocks / lower back prevents baby from slipping down (if support is too high for one of the baby that would be of normal size, just cut it). It is "hands-free" in half-lying or sitting position.

The detachable halter straps provide adjustable support for baby's head and facilitate breastfeeding. You must put a hand on each baby when standing up, for protection and support.
