The Hazard 4 Reveille is a military-grade toiletry bag built for prolonged deployments, austere environments, and travel that doesn't slow down for comfort. Constructed from Invista 1000D Cordura with a double PU water-repellent coating, it measures 11.5" L x 8" W x 3.5" D and weighs 13.5 oz. A swiveling steel suspension hook keeps the bag off questionable surfaces; rounded corners let it slide in and out of luggage without snagging. Available in Coyote and Black.
The shell is Invista 1000D Cordura — the same fabric Hazard 4 uses across its larger pack lineup — with a double-layer PU water-repellent coating for superior water resistance. YKK zippers run throughout; they are silent in operation and field-repairable. The 3-D rubber logo on the front is waterproof and washable. A prominent steel vent grille on the side pocket improves drying of wet items like razors or toothbrushes. The suspension hook is steel and swivels 360 degrees to orient the bag away from any surface it hangs from.
The Reveille opens wide at the main compartment for unobstructed access to its contents. A large front pocket handles frequently needed items; a separate side pocket with the steel vent grille segregates shavers, toothbrushes, and other items that stay damp. Inside, elastic loop organizers and pockets keep smaller contents from shifting or breaking during transit. A clear window on the interior flap accepts an optional mirror (not included). Two flat zippered pockets handle flat items like sewing kits or pill organizers. A front loop field accommodates patches or an optional ID carrier.
PAL's-compatible loops on the bottom of the bag accept small MOLLE-compatible pouches for additional modular organization. The front loop field is sized for standard patches or the Hazard 4 optional ID carrier accessory. A shoulder strap can be attached for carry-all use, though one is not included. The included removable hook-backing logo patch fits the front loop field.
Do not machine wash or machine dry. Empty all pockets and shake out loose debris first. Soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 10–15 minutes and agitate vigorously. Use a clean sponge or cloth on soiled areas; a soft-bristle brush (such as a toothbrush) clears clogged zipper teeth and pocket corners — work gently to avoid damaging any coating or finish. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue. Dry all metal parts as quickly as possible to prevent corrosion. Apply a zipper-specific lubricant to maintain smooth zipper action. Invert the bag inside-out and hang to dry in shade. Direct sunlight degrades and discolors the fabric over time.
The main compartment accepts any electric shaver, toothbrushes and paste tubes, bar or liquid soap with a large washcloth, most shampoo bottles, and water bottles. The side pocket and internal organizers handle smaller items like razors, pills, and sewing kits. At 11.5" x 8" x 3.5", this bag fits most travel toiletry loads for trips of a week or more.
Yes. PAL's-compatible loops on the bottom of the bag accept MOLLE-compatible pouches for extra modular storage. The front loop field also accepts patches and the optional Hazard 4 ID carrier. A shoulder strap (not included) can be attached to convert the bag into a small carry-all.
The shell fabric is Invista 1000D Cordura with a double PU water-repellent coating, giving it strong resistance to water penetration in wet environments. It is not a submersible, sealed enclosure, but the coating is designed to handle field conditions including rain and wet surfaces.
A swiveling steel hook is built into the top of the bag. It rotates to orient the bag in any direction and hangs from a towel bar, tent frame, locker hook, or similar fixed point, keeping the bag off countertops, floors, and other surfaces that may be unsanitary or space-constrained.
At 11.5" x 8" x 3.5" closed, it slides into a standard carry-on bag, backpack, or laptop bag without difficulty. The rounded corner design prevents snagging against luggage lining or gear. Reviewers have used it as a pack insert inside a larger rucksack to corral small loose items.
Use a soft-bristle brush to clear debris from zipper teeth. Apply a zipper-specific lubricant periodically to maintain smooth, quiet operation. Field repair is possible without tools. Avoid machine washing, which can damage zipper coatings and the bag's water-repellent finish.
