FAQ's-

How long is the service? It is a 30-40 minute call either via Facetime or Zoom.

Who will be on the call? It will be myself (Shell) and you in a private location - the call will be in a private room and it is suggested you do the same.

Will I have to take my top off? Yes but only if and when you are ready- in order to fit you by eye I will need to take a look at you in your bra- you do not need to remove this. I may ask you then to rotate and to show me certain aspects of the bra- the back band for example.

What happens after the call? You will receive your Bespoke Bra Fit Profile by email. This will include- Your recommended Size, Sister Size, Brands and Styles to suit you. I will include links to products and brands and If you so wish I will order these for you- however there is no obligation.

If I do decide to order from you how long will it take? If I have the Bras in stock I will ship these out to you (free of charge if your order is above $250 *In Australia) asap. If I need to Bespoke order I will endeavor to get the order to you within 2-4 weeks.

What happens if the bras aren't perfect for me? If you decide to buy direct from me and the bra you purchase is unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days I will happily exchange these for a more suitable style. Bespoke orders (items not currently in stock are exchange or store credit only) It is more important to me that you find your perfect fit! Returns are covered by you. 

What happens after my bras arrive? You will have a complimentary fit check call or support through email/whatsapp for 1 week after your bras arrive. These checks to ensure you are happy with the products you have received.
