With our TravelSafe program, any damage caused to your product during air travel is covered by UPPAbaby.

The program benefits are based on the purchase of an UPPAbaby Travel Bag, and being within the warranty terms. For strollers, RumbleSeat and Bassinet, the program is valid up to 4 years from your gear purchase (3 year warranty + 1year for travel coverage). For car seats, program is valid under the original warranty.

How It Works

Your Travel Bag Serial Number is located on a TravelSafe label inside the bag. 

If Your Gear is Damaged During Air Travel

Make a claim by contacting UPPAbaby at 844-823-3132 or email within 14 days of your return and provide all of the following:

1. Name, Address, Serial Numbers of both gear and Travel Bag
2. Image of damage to gear
3. Proof of travel with departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation.
