How many Shakes should I have in a day?

The number of Formulite weight loss shakes you have per day will depend on your goal. To use Formulite for pre-bariatric surgery or rapid weight loss, replace three meals per day with a meal replacement shake combined with low calorie snacks.

For an LCD (Low Calorie Diet) replace two meals per day. As a tool to maintain weight loss and optimal health, replace one meal per day.

How do I prepare the shakes?

1. Poor approximately 300ml water into a blender bottle
2. Add 2 scoops or 1 sachet of protein powder
3. Shake and chill in the fridge for ~30 min to thicken slightly
4. Alternatively add crushed ice or ice cubes and allow to stand to thicken

Are Formulite Shakes Gluten and Lactose free?

Yes – Formulite shakes are batch tested for gluten. With Lactose - No, the typical amount of Lactose is approximately 2.4grams per 55g serve. Of note is that Formulite shakes are much lower in Lactose than most other Meal Replacement shakes as they do not contain skim milk powder.

Does the Formulite Coffee Shake contain coffee?

Yes Formulite’s coffee shakes contain approximately 66 mg of caffeine which is equivalent to a standard latte.

Once I mix up a weight loss shake, do I have to drink the shake straight away?

Formulite shakes can be kept for 2 hours out of the fridge and 6 hours in the fridge
