This dotted darling will be your new favorite  everyday dress. The fabric feels like a rayon blend and has the best movement. Black polka dots on a field of moss green with large black buttons up the front for closure and a full skirt. V-neck with a small accent collar at the front. The dress has one hip pocket and belt loops but the original belt is missing.   No tags. Very Good vintage condition with minor signs of wear and age.
