Producer

Spreading over 17 hectares across 4 villages: Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Aloxe-Corton, Denis and Didier Larue work alongside their sons, Bruno and Vivien, to produce wines that carry out the shared philosophy of the four men: knowing how to adapt their work to the different vintages and parcels of vines. 

The younger generation continues to learn the experience of the elder generation, while bringing a renewed vision of practices in the vineyards and the cellar. 

A key word that holds importance at Domaine Larue is "confidence", agreed on by all four men, who each use their sense of observation and knowledge of the terroirs each day to carry out precise and meticulous work in the Burgindian tradition, remaining authentic and faithful to all climates of the region. 

The Domaine strives to use certail organic and biodynamic practices, despite not yet being certified, and aim to intervene with the grapes as little as possible. They are motivated to adapt to any conditions that they may be presented with, which requires time in each area of the process, to understand the way the grapes behave.
