Our Bison New York/striploin steaks are sweet and juicy, with all the special flavor of bison. Grill them up, stick 'em in the cast-iron, and make your special someone happy! This cut is $26/lb. and registered price is an estimate based on a 1.4 lb. cut. If your steak is under, we'll refund the balance; if it's over we'll invoice the rest.
