Scullcap is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sedative to help relieve nervousness, as a sleep aid, and as an antispasmodic to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 1-2 ml (30-60 drops) 3x daily or as needed in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Scullcap flowering tops (Scutellaria lateriflora) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Cautions and Warnings: Consumption with alcohol or other sedatives is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms worsen or persist; if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than three weeks.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
