Tasting notes: Cornish Dry: fresh, crisp and vibrant juniper nose. Light aromatic spice, orange blossom and a hint of cardamom. Creamy, dry with delicate green pine and subtle frangipane notes. Crisp and clean on the finish, with lingering citrus zest and eastern spices. Blackberry: crisp, piney juniper still prominent as the backbone of the gin, with notes of blackberry crumble, wild berries and sweet spice. Summer pudding and frangipani on the palate with a zesty, sherbety finish and fragrant sweetness from the wildflower honey. Rhubarb and Raspberry: lemon sherbet, fresh raspberries and soft juniper on the nose. Rhubarb sorbet, crisp pine and Eastern spice on the palate. With a finish of tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and frangipane. Blood Orange: bright orange, pink grapefruit, rhubarb & raspberry on the nose, intense fruitiness with bittersweet aromatic on the palate with a finish of summer berries and tangerine.
