Soft, gentle Halo Heat radiates from the carving shelf surface, while the ambient surface lamps maintain temperature from above, without cooking or drying out the food.

With a built-in removable cutting board, carving meats is made easy - the board includes a handy recess which helps to catch juices to keep the carving area clear. The CS-200/S carving station also includes adjustable heat control, so you can easily change the holding temperature to match the food on the heat pad.
