Biff Bait Bassey Biff Surface Single Wobbler, No.777 Green/White.  Made by the Biff Bait Company out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  In business from only 1925-1926.  This is a super tough to find Biff bait with some minor wear and one side of the front spinner is broken off. Aside from that this Biff has some minor wear and indents on the cork body but still in overall good condition for this rare bait.  See photos and grab this one while you can.
