Intense straw yellow colour, with golden reflections and fine and persistent bubbles. The nose reveals floral and fruity scents initially, followed by nuances of acacia honey and flint, and finally by tones of bread crust and yeast. The mouth is fragrant and citrusy, straight and of excellent length, with good body and good balance.

It is a Blanc de Blancs, obtained from only Chardonnay grapes vinified and completed for 20% by reserve wines. The Champagne Extra Brut "L’Esprit Nature", produced by the maison H.
