Description:
Judas Priest is a British rock band that can be said to have created the heavy metal movement. Lead vocalist Rob Halford, also known as "Metal God," made his debut in September 1974 with the album "Rocka Rolla" and has been a central figure in the heavy metal scene ever since. Judas Priest's valuable live archive is now available on CD. After finally achieving success in the U.S. with their last album "Screaming For Vengeance," the band released "Defenders Of The Faith" in January 1984, one of their best-known albums, and went on a large-scale world tour, including Japan, for the first time in many years. The tour was a great success, partly because the album was a worldwide hit. The May 2 concert in Albuquerque, New Mexico was recorded and broadcast for the popular American radio music program "King Biscuit Flower Hour. This album is based on this broadcast and includes the medley and encores. The set list, which included all songs from their confident and worldwide hit "Defenders Of The Faith" as well as representative songs from their previous albums, was perfect for a live performance at this point in their career. Since no live album from this period has been officially released, this live archive must be a long-awaited release for fans! Imported domestic edition
