Tasting Note: "One of three wines, created from the same pure 2012 Chardonnay, but with differing levels of sugar. This, the Brut, is the middle child. As with it's siblings, it's a lovely fresh wine with loads of lime and lemon, then a salinity akin to licking wet salty rocks on the beach... and yes, I have done it!"

Producer: Based in the village of Chouilly this fanastic maison run by Marcelline and Vincent create brilliant, crisp wines which are the perfect representation of the village. 11 generations of winemakers, the house in it's current status, was formed in 2002 and they work with over 10 hectares, mostly Chardonnay.
