Keeping your catering food hot during transport isn't hard. The Cambro PCUHH615 is an electric hot holding cabinet. This Pro Cart Ultra model features two individual compartments that keep food product at safe temperatures. It can hold up to (16) full-size sheet pans with the included adjustable universal rails. Each heated compartment has a removable module that operates on less than five amps of power and circulates gentile, non-radiant heat. With just a 45-minute pre-heat cycle, it can maintain temperatures between 150° and 165° for up to 4 hours unplugged. When plugged into a 120v outlet, this pan carrier can recover from the door being open in just 3 minutes. This catering holding cart is 66" tall and sits on 6" diameter casters that easy handle uneven terrain. The polyethylene exterior and gasket-free door keep maintenance costs down.
