• Limited lifetime warranty on the frame
• 12 months on electronics
• 6 months on the batteries. (If you want to file a warranty claim on the batteries, you will need to have a valid load test reading showing that the batteries are faulty)

We offer all customers free shipping in the continental United States with tracking. No shipping cost - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it! Email for availability if in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Shipping & Processing Times

Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order. 

Tracking

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will refund you within 1 business day once we’ve received and inspected your return.  We do not charge any additional fees for the return of product quality issues.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For non-quality returns, you will be responsible for return costs. We will also charge you a 30% handling fee for the refund. Thanks for your understanding.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
