A real gem, an exquisite red, brushed in all its details. Volcanic terrain, plots from 400 to 600 m a.s.l. and with strong thermal excursions. Composed largely of Piedirosso and Tintore grapes, with a balance of native varieties such as Moscio, Olivella and Sciascinoso. The wine is bubbly and very high drinkable. We recommend serving it a little fresh in the fridge because it will reveal its most contagious gastronomic side. Peach in the Neapolitan dialect identifies the badger: in one of the vineyards there are in fact numerous badger dens. It will harify you!
