It can also be inserted directly into the front plate pocket as an alternative mounting method. It is not compatible with the Shellback Banshee Rifle, Skirmish, or Defender 2.0 plate carriers.

The rear zippered pocket accepts the Shellback Tactical Flap Sac Soft Armor Insert, rated at Level IIIA, to add abdominal ballistic protection. The insert is sold separately.
