Kelly Thompson's work is inspired by the people and situations around her. She is a true believer in “Art For The People” part of an established and growing local movement of artists and galleries who are dedicated to introducing and making art available for all. 

As a feminist and artist, women's rights and socially political issues are an ongoing strong influence in her work. Kelly lives and works in Los Angeles and has been making art for Cactus Gallery since 2005.
