Our PVC V-Groove, Tongue & Groove, Blind Nail, Milled Planks are built to last a lifetime and are perfect for outdoor ceilings.

PVC V-Groove, Tongue & Groove, Blind Nail / Milled Plank. The true size is ½" by 5 ½", and the space between the grooves is 4 11/16".  The extended lip allows for the blind nail feature where no nails or staples need to be exposed.

Each 8-foot plank covers 3.2 square feet; the 12-ft. plank covers 4.7 sq. ft., and the 18-foot plank covers 7.1 square feet.

We recommend mounting with small staples instead of brad nails for a stronger hold.  Adding construction adhesive like "No more Nails" or PL Premium is also recommended for a stronger hold.

The 8-foot sections are made with interlocking end-matched ends.  End-matched planks enhance the beauty of your project and are faster and easier to install.  The end-matched feature makes installing shorter lengths easier, which in turn, saves on shipping costs.
