SOCIAL SHARE: We split a HALF BEEF (250 pounds of our all natural, pasture raised and grain finished Angus Beef) between 4 people to make an EIGHTH BEEF (50+ pounds of packaged beef) available for $600.

An EIGHTH requires approximately 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space, and can fit into a medium-large cooler. It is only available through the SOCIAL SHARE at our Elite Beef Parties. When you purchase a SOCIAL SHARE portion, you are reserving your placer at the table. We will send you an invitation to our next Beef Party to divvy up the cuts! Details are posted on our EVENTS page.

If you submit your payment for a SOCIAL SHARE but can't make the party, your portion will be boxed and saved for you. Schedule a pick-up (free) or personal delivery (a $150 fee) by appointment after the party.

BEEF PARTIES: Elite Beef hosts seasonal social events, where we offer beef tastings and curate local products to share with our SOCIAL CLUB. Tickets are available to the public, but members receive a discount for themselves and friends.

2 Chuck Eye Steaks, 1.5″ thick, 10-12 oz each
Sierra Steak, 1-1.5 lbs
6–8 Denver Steaks, 3/4″-1″ thick, 8-12 oz each
4–6 Boneless Ribeye Steaks, 1.5″ thick, 14-16 oz each
2 –4 KC Strip Steaks, 1.5″ thick, 18-22 oz each
6–8 Filets, 2″ thick, 6-8 oz each
8-12 Center Cut Sirloin Steaks, 1″ thick, 6-8 oz each
2 Top Blade Steaks, 1.5-1.75 lbs each

THE PACKAGING: All cuts (including ground beef patties) are individually cryovaced and labeled. 1-pound ground beef portions are packed in metal-free chubs (not cryovaced).

SHIPPING: We encourage regional sourcing as as part of The Return To Better Living, and insist on quality and freshness for every order of our beef. For this reason, we do not offer shipping. Instead, we offer pick-up/delivery by appointment, and host pick-up parties as a chance to form relationships and have fun!
