Directions For Use:

• Open one end and warm in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds (optional).
• Check that the cap is not too hot before use.
• Place the cap on your head, tuck hair inside and massage through the cap for 3-5 minutes.
• Remove cap and discard.
• Towel dry. Do not use a hairdryer until hair has been thoroughly towel dried.
