Handwritten messages are best submitted on unlined paper. If necessary, we can extract and combine whole words, phrases, or signatures from different parts of handwritten letters or cards, however, we are not able to extract individual letters to create a new sentiment. • Finish Options: We offer a high polish mirror finish and a brushed satin finish. Likewise, the inscription may be darkened or left natural according to your preference. Darkened inscriptions are bold and easy to read at a glance. While diamond cut/natural inscriptions are not darkened, they catch the light to beautifully bring the handwriting to life. Both styles are crisp and clear.
  
• Chain Options: 18", 20", 24", & 30" double rope, rounded box, diamond cut rolo, and diamond cut bead chain options are available. All lengths and styles feature individually soldered links and secure with lobster clasps.

• Care: We suggest using a jewelry cleaning/polishing cloth to help your sterling silver jewelry maintain its original luster and brilliant shine. Liquid silver cleaners are not recommended as they may dull the finish and/or remove the antiquing from your sterling silver jewelry. 
• Creation Timeline: Our current production time for the creation of custom personalized designs is 1-2 days. During holiday seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) production timelines may increase.

• Returns: Custom engraved items are created especially for you and are not eligible for return. For this reason we ask you to double check your design for proper capitalization, spelling errors, correct dates etc.
