The Allen-Bradley SST-PFB-SLC is a PROFIBUS DP Remote I/O Scanner Module for Allen-Bradley SLC 500 processors. It allows SLC 500 processors to communicate with PROFIBUS DP slave devices, such as sensors, actuators, and other I/O modules.

The SST-PFB-SLC is a single-slot module that is compatible with all SLC 500 processors except the SLC 5/01. It has a built-in RS-232 serial configuration port for connecting to a PC or other programming device.
