"Une Boulette de Viande Epicee" is a Double IPA with Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret and is brewed with plenty of oats to keep it nice and silky. It's our first collaboration with our friends from the Montreal powerhouse @messorembracitorium. 

We wanted to find a balance between our methods and approaches to brewing Double IPAs. We used a little bit of what we do, a little bit of what they do and a massive amount of hops! We really love how the beer turned out.

Une Boulette has dense notes of clementine and sweet grapefruit with a heavily saturated hop profile. It's hopped at a rate 25% higher than what we typically do for our Double IPAs so expect a massive hop presence.
