Domaine Félines Jourdan – Picpoul de Pinet

Picpoul is a crisp wine made from naturally high-acid white grapes from southern France.  It is known for clean citrus flavours and a subtle saline edge and always produces a fresh, light style of wine.  It is a reliable choice for hot summer days offering brightness without heaviness or fuss.   Picpoul de Pinet from Domaine Félines Jourdan is a go-to white when you want something refreshing, bright and unfussy.

Pale and zippy in the glass, it leans into citrus and green apple with a salty, mineral edge that keeps everything tight and lively. The palate is clean and mouth-watering, with fresh acidity and a dry, no-nonsense finish. Very easy to drink and a natural match for oysters, seafood, fish tacos or a bowls of salty snacks.  Also perfectly acceptable on its own, straight from the fridge.
