After the release of his blues album "From The Cradle" in 1994, Eric Clapton did not make any albums, but instead toured on a smaller scale in 1996 and 1997. In the fall of 1997, he toured Korea and Japan exclusively under the title of "Change The World Tour. Starting with a concert in Seoul, Korea on October 9, 1997, and ending with a concert at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on October 31, 1997, the 15 concerts on this tour, including the concert at the Nippon Budokan on October 27, were recorded and broadcast as a special program to commemorate the opening of the CS broadcasting station. After that, this material was not used for commercial purposes and was put in storage. However, with the discovery of the audio master used for the broadcast, it has been remastered and released in its best possible sound quality. The set list on the day of the tour consisted of 18 songs, but two songs were cut for the broadcast, and a total of 16 songs were broadcast, but these were added and this album contains the complete performance. The highlight of the tour was the world premiere of three new songs that will be included in the new album "Pilgrim" to be released the following year.Compared to Eric Clapton's previous performances, the electric elements of this concert were more reflective of the music scene of the time, making it an even bigger hit.
