Each scoop gives you around 50+ charms which translates up to 15+ physical items per scoop.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Pet

During checkout, you’ll be asked:

“What type of pet do you own?”

• Dog

• Cat

“What size is your pet?”

• X-Small

• Small

• Medium

• Large

• X-Large

We use this info to match bandanas, toys, and gear to the right size.

Step 3: Collect Matching Charms for Upgrades

Every charm in your scoop represents a specific item.

If you collect 4 of the same upgrade charm, you unlock a premium prize such as:

• 4 fleece blanket charms → upgraded to a beach blanket

• 4 rope toy charms → upgraded to a premium dog or cat toy

• 4 mini tote charms → upgraded to a full-size tote bag from our shop

At checkout you’ll see:
“Redeem matching charm upgrades?”

• Yes / No

If you select Yes, we’ll automatically apply any eligible upgrades.
If you select No, we’ll keep your scoop as originally pulled.

If no preference is selected, we’ll default to upgrading your items when you qualify.
