• The product is manufactured in India. We used LLDPE plastic granules, which are further Roto Moulded to form plastic component in shape of Horse. These high grade plastic components are non-toxic, antistatic, fire retardant and the colors are U.V Stabilized. No sharp corners & rough surface in metal parts which are used as per Indian Standard to make this spring based rider.

WARRANTY PROCESS

1. Buyer needs to send the original product back to us at his/her own cost
2. We will inspect the product and send a new one, however customer needs to pay the courier cost
3. Intentional abuse / product damage will NOT be covered in the warranty
