Tasting Note

Slap bang next to Meursault Vireuils, and sharing much of the same terroir, this is a stunning bottle of wine. Concentrated apple and citrus fruit with a lovely floral note and balanced acidity. Staggeringly good for the money.

This family Domaine has been established in Auxey-Duresses for several generations (since 1650). It specializes in the production of Auxey-Duresses whites, reds, and 1ers Crus Climat du Val, La Chapelle, Les Duresses, and Les Ecusseaux. The vines are worked with respect of "terroir".
