Create ABS composite parts with aramid fibers that are stronger, lighter, and easier to print than standard ABS, thanks to Nanovia ABS AF filament.

This composite, developed from acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), has a specially selected distribution and length of aramid fibers to be compatible with 3D printers and optimize the dimensional control of your final parts.

Thanks to its aramid fibers, Nanovia ABS AF offers excellent mechanical properties, low shrinkage and excellent adhesion to the plate.

  Storage

  • Store your reels airtight, with desiccant, away from sunlight.
  • Oven for 4 hours at 80°C before printing if prolonged exposure to the open air.

  Impression

  • Reinforced nozzle, suitable for abrasive materials, highly recommended.

  Post processing

  • For outdoor use, it is recommended to paint your parts or subject them to an anti-UV treatment, such as Nanovia Smoothing Solution. Aramid fibers and ABS are sensitive to UV rays.
