This Tempranillo is a great example of alternative wine styles on offer from McLaren Vale. Highly perfumed, vibrant and complex with sweet black cherries, sarsaparilla, coffee beans and good hints of roasted exotic spice. Juicy, full and supple, but tannic right on the finish. The persistence of the tannins is the signature.
