From a field blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, plus Auxerrois, which are all picked and pressed together. The wine opens with a clear, aromatic bouquet of ripe pears and apples, along with earthy notes and a delicate, savoury freshness. On the palate, this is a round and elegant white that is also very intense and well structured. It possesses a saline quality and a fine grip that makes it a top food partner for fellow wine-adventurers.
