       The General Pump’s newest flow-sensitive or flow-actuated unloader, the ZK1, is rated for a maximum volume of 10.8 GPM and a discharge pressure of 3600 psi. This unloader also offers a compact design and can be rebuilt from the top without disturbing surrounding plumbing.

       The ZK1 is a soft start unloader offering gradual pressure increases, assuring safety for the operator and the pump. With the ZK1, system pressure drops immediately to zero, reducing wear on the hose, gun, fittings, and heating coils on hot water machines.

Compact: Low profile saves space

Dual auxiliary ports allow for easy installation of pressure-operated accessories.

Reliability: No discharge check valve means higher reliability and less maintenance

High operating temperature: 165 F.
