The iABED Industries MQB Oil Cooler kit is designed to aid with the notorious oil cooling issues that plague the EA888 line of engines.  The OEM Heat Exchnager is inadequate in maintaining oil temperatures below 240*F (115 *C) .  Common consensus is tracking vehicles in extreme heat causes oil temperatures to rise above 275*F causing the driver to back off for fear of causing permanent damage.

Our solution maintains oil temperature right at 221*F (105*C ) and can even go to 90*C if specified.
