Jasmine Pearls Green Tea:

Originating in Fuzhou, China's Fujian Province, this tea is believed to have originated during the Tang dynasty, when jasmine flowers were brought to China from Iran along the Silk Road. The tea is made by rolling young green tea leaves into pearls and infusing them with jasmine blossoms. The tea is then layered between fresh blossoms in a process called scenting, which can be repeated up to four times. In the past, Jasmine Pearls tea was reserved for the emperor.
