88th Night Tea or Hachiju-Hachiya:

A Japanese Shincha, or first-flush spring green tea, that's harvested 88 nights after the traditional Japanese Lunar New Year and first day of spring. This lead has an aroma similar to the elusive scent of cherry blossoms: not overly floral, but deep and complex. This tea is delicate has floral notes, with a creamy mouthfeel. In the finish, this tea builds to a powerful and lasting aftertaste of savory yet delicate notes of the sea.

First Flush Darjeeling Tea:

From the Mirik Valley and grown at 4000 feet, this tea is harvested from the very first buds and leaves of the tea plant in early spring. This quintessential Darjeeling offers a rich, velvety mouthfeel evocative of a blooming spring meadow and delicate hints of chamomile, yellow rose, cream, and fresh-cut hay that provides a wonderful experience. Its lasting aftertaste and nuanced complexity make this a true delight for the discerning tea connoisseur.

Jasmine Pearls Green Tea:

Originating in Fuzhou, China's Fujian Province, this tea is believed to have originated during the Tang dynasty, when jasmine flowers were brought to China from Iran along the Silk Road. The tea is made by rolling young green tea leaves into pearls and infusing them with jasmine blossoms. The tea is then layered between fresh blossoms in a process called scenting, which can be repeated up to four times. In the past, Jasmine Pearls tea was reserved for the emperor. When brewed, Jasmine Pearls tea unfurls into a floral, honey-like liquor.

Organic Black Pearl Tea:

A rare, hand-rolled black tea made from high-quality leaves and buds. The leaves are rolled into a large, pearl-like shape before they dry. It is grown in the wild, mountainous, and misty region of Fengqing Yunnan Province. The leaves have a shining anthracite color. When steeped, the pearls unfurl to reveal their dramatic proportions. It has a smooth, rich, and chocolatey taste with notes of caramelized sugar and earthiness.

Shan Cha, or Wild Mountain Tea:

This tea comes from the tea plants indigenous to the mountains of Taiwan. This particular tea from the Lin Family Estate, is made from leaves picked from wild tea trees found randomly in the surrounding mountains of Yu-chi Township. Shan Cha is a gentle "easy drinking" black tea with a very distinctive and unique taste. The taster will be greeted with a pleasant aroma of baked oats with buttered sweetness and a discreet floral note  of wild rose will charm the nose. The tea liquor is very smooth with a light, refreshing tartness.

Organic Golden Monkey Tips Tea:

A high-quality black tea originating from Yunnan province of China. It is known for its distinctive golden leaf tips that resemble a monkey's claw, hence the name "Golden Monkey" and is considered a rare and prized tea. It is hand-picked using only the bud and first leaf of the tea plant, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor with hints of honey, peach, and a subtle sweetness. The tea is often described as having a complex, yet balanced taste that is smooth and mellow with notes of honey, peach, and a slight caramel sweetness.
