DESCRIPTION

The SmithCo SX4-49-36 is a heavy-duty side dump trailer engineered for durability, efficiency, and versatility in hauling bulk materials. Built on a 49′ frame with a 36′ SX-ROUND BOTTOM tub, it delivers a load capacity of 24.1 cubic yards (water level) and 32 cubic yards (heaped). Constructed with ¼″ AR400 steel sides and floor, the SX4-49-36 is designed to withstand abrasive materials and tough jobsite conditions.

Equipped with 5″ hydraulic cylinders, an air/hydraulic control valve, and Ridewell RW260 suspension, this trailer ensures smooth dumping performance and reliable operation. With lift axles, advanced braking, and durable hubs, the SX4-49-36 is a proven solution for contractors, aggregate haulers, and construction fleets requiring strength, efficiency, and long service life.
