Since 2010, British Airways has been working with the aid organization “Comic Relief” to give disadvantaged young people a better and therefore more promising start in life in all the places that the British airline flies to nationally and internationally. British Airways also appeared as an external sponsor and temporarily equipped one of its two Airbus A318s with a red-edged nose. To this day there is “Red Nose Day”, a fundraising campaign launched by the aid organization “Comic Relief”, which most recently brought in over 63 million pounds in 2019.
