In 2021, master conductor Riccardo Muti, who has been Music Director of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since 2010, will take the podium for the sixth time in three years. Muti has conducted the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra more than 500 times and is currently the most closely associated with the orchestra, so we can expect a performance full of tension even though the two are well acquainted. In addition to the standard works such as "The Blue Danube" and "Racoczi March," the program will consist of a variety of thematic works, including various anniversaries of the year 2020, which will give the audience a fresh taste of the music.
