This is a simple set of two large continuous lighting fixtures for stills or video. Each light uses a comically large 75W CFL lamp, which means that they’ll run relatively cool, and the position of the lamp can be adjusted in the reflector for a touch of spill control. Each light includes a diffuser panel, too. Downsides? Well, they’re not dimmable, and colour temperature is fixed at the colour temperature of the bulbs in use (daylight, in this case). Stands are not included, but these lights will mount to any standard lightstand.

If you’re planning to use these for video, note that CFL lights have a bit of flicker, so these may not be suitable for high frame rate shooting.
