This is a joint bottling between Toru Suzuki of The Mash Tun & Sukhinder Singh of The Whisky Exchange, to celebrate 21 years of friendship. They have chosen a Clynelish 1999/2020 21yo, fully matured in a sherry butt #305054, yielding 380 bottles.

Tasting note:

Wood varnish and sherry spices on the nose. Palate starts out with lots of sherry influence, but as it opens, you get more fruitiness, runny honey and a touch of waxiness. 

Limited to 1 per person. Any orders with more than one bottle of Clynelish will be cancelled and refunded.
