I have so many requests to create this set, but it has never felt right each time. Finally, we recently took delivery of Green Moonstone. When I added it to this set, I felt an immediate zing, which tells me this is the perfect combination of crystals.

While creating this healing crystal set, I know I wanted a collection that would address the five distinct issues we all have to cope with when we lose a loved one, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally, acceptance.

IT SEEMS SO SIMPLE when I put it into words, but the pain we experience can feel unbearable. Grief is complicated, and sometimes we wonder if the pain will ever stop. Loss is unique to each of us, and it would be wrong to say with a magic wand, it will all go away. I promise you it does not. We all go through a variety of emotional experiences, such as anger, confusion, and sadness.

But eventually, we will stop deny they have moved on, and we will stop being angry at them for leaving us behind. The bargaining stage for me is the hardest because you would do anything to get them back, but deep down, you know it is not possible. Then the lethargy (depression) sets in; getting out of bed each day is hard, smiling is hard, taking your child to school is hard, but the worst of it, people tell you they are in a better place, and you scream inside no it's not!

Finally, you accept they have moved on. But, the world is still spinning. Suddenly you need to learn to cope with your loss, I have put this set together to help build your heart chakra, balance your root chakra and calm your mind. I sincerely hope this set helps you as it has me.
