AIRTEC front mount intercooler upgrade for the Escort RS Turbo S1

Features:

Single pass 50mm thick AIRTEC spec core

Polished finish

Complete with twin fans and fitting kit

Can still fit grill and spot lights No drilling required, comes with adjustable side brackets which bolt onto the side of the intercooler then bolt onto back of front bumper using existing studs on bumper

Fitting can take approximately 3-4 hours, only very minor cutting required.

What is a Single Pass Intercooler?

The main visual difference is that the core runs top to bottom instead of left to right like a twin pass intercooler, This means that the core is vertical which allows the cooling core to be lined up side by side

When tested against the old twin pass intercooler, the flow rate was over double which means a colder denser air meaning more power
