Book a mobile jewellery workshop and enjoy the full J-Line experience in the comfort of your own space. Ideal for groups who prefer hosting at home, holiday accommodation, or a private venue. We travel across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

✨ Group Workshops — Held in Mermaid Studio

Prefer to come to us? Book a group workshop in our cosy Gold Coast home studio (Robina)- we are hoping to move into a new studio space in the new year, you will be notified when or if this will affect your booking. It’s the perfect setting for smaller gatherings, celebrations, or spending quality time with friends while creating something meaningful.

No prior skills required!

What to expect:
- Discover the magic of lost wax casting and what it actually is.
- Learn to use wax tools.
- Craft rings or charms.
- Set mixed gemstones in wax (optional).
- Create your design with stones (extra cost)
- Option to make Rings, dainty rings, small pendants, small bracelet pendants, or small earring charms.

Our mobile workshops are perfect for girls nights, small groups, special events, hen parties, baby showers, team bonding, birthdays, and themed parties. 

Price $195 per person

Book 7+ people its $185 per person (please select the correct variant when adding to cart)

Dainty ring or small charm Option - for the one who likes daintier jewellery (6grams silver)

We will need at least one hour prior to set everything up!

There is an additional fee for travel time, fuel and set up - please see the distances and prices below:
- Gold Coast within 50km (From Robina) - $120
- South Brisbane + CBD (From Robina) - $220
- North Brisbane (From Robina) - $280
- Sunshine Coast (From Robina) - $350
- Ipswich + Toowoomba (From Robina) - $350
- Byron Bay (From Robina) $220
- Tweed + Northern NSW (From Robina)- $120

Please note this Travel and set up fee is Per booking not per person!

Please also Add your Travel ad on with your workshop booking you can find this option in the Workshop collections. you simply add your location to cart like any normal product.

I will follow up with an email requesting location, guest names and dietary requirements and the details of the location.

What I will bring:

• All tools and materials provided.
  - Selection of gemstones – you may purchase this option on the day.
  - Gold 18ct vermeil $250 (4 layers over silver) and solid 9ct gold options available quoted daily price of Gold.
  - Grazing board 
  - Table(s) and tablecloths
  - Power board and extension cords
  - Eftpos terminal (for add-ons e.g. gems, gold options)
  - All tools and materials
  - If themed, we'll bring theme-appropriate jewellery making ideas on your specific theme

What you should Have:

• Your creativity and any inspirational ideas (save them on your phone, Pinterest is great, we'll also have inspiration ideas and photo books to look over on the day).
  - Hair ties for long hair.
  - Closed-toe shoes.
  - BYO drinks for 18+.
  - Space for a 1.8m table (or two if we need two)
  - Chairs for all who are doing the class
  - Close access to power points

Gems (1) - $45

Gems (2) - $79

Gems (3)- $90

(Some Gems depending on size are priced as above per Gem)

Extra Silver- make a chunkier item 11grams+ to 15grams $50, if more than 15grams an additional $50.

18ct gold vermeil (4 layers, over solid silver) - $250

9ct Solid Gold - From $350 

If you wish to Bring along your own Gems there is a $18 cast in fee (which I get charged from the casting house) so that will need to be paid. Also, you bring your own Gems at your own risk, I have no guarantee how they will cast. (I have not had any issues thus far, but anything can happen)

If any of your Gems you bring along need to be set after casting there is an additional $55 setting fee per gem.
