ViscoSet offers viscous damping to make bicycles safer by inhibiting uncontrolled steering oscillation, known as speed wobble. Speed wobbles are vibrations that start at low frequency and increase due to harmonic oscillations.
This phenomenon can negatively affect the handling of any
bicycle. The use of special plates above the bearing allows ViscoSet to block oscillations before they become unbearable and dangerous. Because of their nature, they are ideal for e-Bikes.
